JEFF MARSHALL

OWNER/DESIGN DIRECTOR

Jeff’s love for the arts is at the center of all his endeavors. He’s worked in the entertainment industry acting on television and film, producing video, and composing original music, all of which has set the stage for the company’s creative design direction. Jeff also enjoys finding great opportunities and talented people. He has spearheaded the company’s acquisitions of other entities and designers who have joined and enriched the team.

Alex Marshall has played a major role in the development of the corporation since its inception. Having earned his degree in business, thereafter attending Law School, Alex Marshall also has a strong legal background which serves him well as our Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Co-President since 2004.

Anna Marshall

Anna studied design at Otis Parsons and was raised in a Beverly Hills real estate family. With over 20 years of experience in remodeling and interior design, she brings deep industry knowledge and creativity to every project. Anna excels at staging high-end homes for quick sale, transforming even the most difficult spaces into standout showpieces. Her honest approach, attention to detail, and respect for each client’s style make her a trusted expert in luxury home design.

Ed Marshall co-founded MDG with his family in 2001. As a former real estate broker and licensed contractor, he and his wife, Linda Marshall, a talented designer, have been successful flippers of homes, with profits on all of them, before and after the start of Marshall Design Group, Inc. Bari Melendez

A native Southern Californian and UCLA graduate, Bari brings with her over 20 years of management experience with global corporations. She is a seasoned expert responsible for business development, project management, and superb client service. Awarded by HOUZZ for Best in Customer Service and Design for 6 years in a row, Marshall Design Group has acquired top talent like Bari Melendez committed to ensuring our clients are well taken care of and properties look their best.

Christina Kretschmer

Christina brings over a decade of luxury home staging experience, a background in advertising, and a degree in furniture history from Bard College. Originally from New York, she now works across the Westside of Los Angeles. Her eclectic style, sharp eye for detail, and smooth project coordination make each property feel distinct and refined. Clients value her creativity and care, while agents trust her to help every listing shine with originality and style.

Lillian Lageyre

Lillian Lageyre, a Los Angeles native, has been designing homes on the West Side for 25+ years. Lillian honed her design skills with a formal education from Otis Parsons. Lillian’s refined eye for design and attention to detail allow her to produce elegantly curated spaces, elevating the buyer’s experience and maximizing the home’s potential. The talented designer comes to us via our recent merger with the highly sought-after Fictional Homes.

Vida Aval

Vida Aval is an interior designer known for creating warm, welcoming spaces that elevate property value. With clients across Los Angeles and New York, her projects range from $5 million to $80 million and have been featured in ELLE Décor. She has worked with celebrities and spoken at industry events. Vida brings a refined touch to homes in Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu through design, staging, and remodeling expertise.

Haleh Rassouli

Haleh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Her design philosophy is to uphold style rather than trend. She believes every project is meticulously assessed and developed with leverage from training and experience. Haleh believes that each client's home has its own unique story to tell and no two should look or feel the same. It is with that philosophy that Haleh approaches every space that she creates, inspired by world travel, culture, fashion, and interiors both new and old.

Sonya Ceuch

Sonya is an accomplished interior designer with over a decade of experience in LA and training from The School for Architecture and Industrial Design in Philadelphia. Specializing in furniture design, luxury staging, and interior spaces, she brings a visionary yet functional approach to every project. Sonya’s attention to detail and personalized style ensure each space reflects her clients' vision, combining beauty with practicality to bring their dreams to life.

Evelyn Quintana

Evelyn is a native Southern Californian and received her interior design education at the renowned university UCLA. Her interest in interior design sparked at a young age, as a daughter of a furniture maker. Evelyn's work includes new construction, renovations, and staging. She has worked on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial spaces. Evelyn believes that each home has a story to tell and that no home should look or feel the same.

Mieke Saanti

Mieke (pronounced Meekah) was born in the Netherlands and raised in Belgium and France. Mieke has lived and worked all over the world in cosmopolitan regions such as France, Spain, Switzerland, and Hong Kong. She taps into her international sensibility and taste in order to bring the client’s desires into reality. Working in the design field for over 35 years, Mieke’s work is not limited by the fickle winds of fashion or what’s trendy. The expression of Mieke’s vision is affectionately referred to by her clients as “Miekestyle”.

Daniele Turiace

Daniele is an interior designer and home stager with seven years of experience transforming homes into beautiful and market-ready spaces. Her creative vision and attention to detail help boost a property's appeal and value. Staged homes by Daniele typically sell in under 30 days. Clients value her warm approach and smooth process. From staging for a quick sale to designing dream homes, she brings fresh ideas and a passion for creating inviting, elegant interiors.

“I am what is called in the industry a house flipper. I buy a home and either remodel it or tear it down and rebuild new. I love what I do, but by the end of the project, when it's time to stage (I stage all my homes), I'm usually ready for a vacation.
