Her formal education is in furniture history (Bard College) which she rounds out with years of experience in the world of advertising, and 10 years of luxury home staging, for a formidable combination that her clients love. Chantal Moyal
Chantal Moyal is a Los Angeles local who grew up on both the West and East side. Being raised by two foreign parents allowed her to grow up with a mixture of American, European and Middle Eastern culture, which can be seen throughout her design style.
Being creative since she was a child has led her to attend and graduate from FIDM with honors, and go on to work in various design fields. Interior design has traveled alongside her throughout her career.
Chantal’s knowledge of the Industry and the City of Los Angeles enables her to consistently be one step ahead of the curve with new and innovative styles. She keeps up to date on all the latest design trends, so she can work efficiently and fashionably, while always keeping the interests of the seller and the buyer at hand. Chantal makes sure that your home has a sophisticated style that stands out and appeals to every demographic.
Anna Marshall
Anna received her formal education in design at renowned art academy, Otis Parsons. Having grown up in a family of Beverly Hills real estate developers and being the daughter of an interior designer, she has spent the last twenty years involved in all aspects of remodeling and interior design.
She understands high-end real estate, which enables her to create gorgeous spaces and stage landmark estates for quick sale.
Working with many affluent clients, Anna has developed a keen sense of what her clients need and want and she is able to make even the most challenging spaces look irresistible to buyers. Her clients joke that she should have been a therapist, but the truth is, she is just a good listener with a goal to make the most out of each space she works in. It’s important to Anna to design functional rooms that look world class and feel comfortable. She respects her clients’ style, and she is always honest about what she feels will help make their space the absolute best that it can be.
Lillian Lageyre
Lillian Lageyre, a Los Angeles native, has been designing homes on the West Side for 25+ years.
Lillian honed her design skills with a formal education from Otis Parsons. Lillian’s refined eye for design and attention to detail allow her to produce elegantly curated spaces, elevating the buyers experience and maximizing the homes potential. The talented designer comes to us via our recent merger with the highly sought after Fictional Homes.
Bari Melendez
A native Southern Californian and UCLA graduate, Bari brings with her over 20 years of management experience with global corporations. She is a seasoned expert responsible for business development, project management and superb client service. Awarded by HOUZZ for Best in Customer Service and Design 6 years in a row, Marshall Design Group acquires top talent like Bari Melendez committed to ensuring our clients are well taken care of and properties look their best.
Vida Aval
Vida Aval’s interest in interior design was driven by the desire to help others create warm and welcoming places to live. The long-term partnerships and friendships with her clients have enabled Vida to expand her work from designing and remodeling homes into decorating and staging some of the most exclusive properties in Los Angeles and New York. Her work includes properties ranging from $5 million to $80 million and has been showcased in ELLE Décor magazine. Vida has also been a frequent speaker and panelist on topics related to interior design and staging. As part of her work, Vida has had the opportunity to with celebrities around the world. Her custom design ideas continue to add market value for homes in some of the most prominent neighborhoods in Southern California, including Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu.
