Lady Michael McCraine is the former owner and CEO of Fictional Homes. She studied Architecture and Interior Design at UCLA and brings sixteen years of experience as a leading Los Angeles based interior designer and home stager to Marshall Design Group.
Working closely with clients from a project’s conception to its completion has taught Lady Michael how people truly live and function in different environments- but more importantly, it’s revealed how people dream of living and functioning in those same spaces. Each of her staged homes draws upon those dreams and is strategically designed to stimulate buyers emotionally by creating and igniting feelings of nostalgia, fantasy, and curiosity.
Christina deserves special acknowledgment as an important member of our home staging design team, following the purchase of her firm’s collection of designer furnishings. Christina has vast experience, top industry contacts and home staging expertise. She comes to the Westside by way of New York. Her formal education is in furniture history (Bard College) which she rounds out with years of experience in the world of advertising, and 10 years of luxury home staging, for a formidable combination that her clients love. Agents tell us that they appreciate the eclectic eye and attention to detail that she brings to their projects, helping them make each listing stand out on its own as unique and original. Never cookie cutter in her design approach, she works hard to make your property stand out from the rest. An accomplished operator and years of owning her own home staging company ensure that her projects run smoothly and leave homeowners feeling confident they are being well cared for, and that their property is the top priority.
